Shaping the debate: has corporate lobbying impacted UK laws on promoting products high in fat, salt and sugar?

A follow up Discussion Paper prepared for the Food Research Collaboration in October 2022, examining how food companies and media companies lobbied the Department of Health and Social Care and the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport between July 2020 and July 2021, when the British government was putting policies in place to restrict the promotion of foods high in fat, sugar and salt (HFSS).
